Kaitlyn V. Bailey specializes in the areas of entertainment and intellectual property law. She allocates her time catering to developmental artists, brokering creative alignments with licensing companies, management, publicist, and labels. Kaitlyn has also merged her years as a fashion model/stylist into representing designers and protecting their intellectual property for licensing opportunities.
Kaitlyn Graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 2017 where she then joined Frascogna Entertainment Law division.
From 2010- 2014 Kaitlyn attended one of the nation’s top liberal arts schools, the University of South Carolina. During her time at Carolina, she traveled abroad studying the international court of England and The Hague. She was also a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority, Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity, and Sigma Alpha Lambda Honors Fraternity. In 2014, Kaitlyn began working as a professional stylist, driven by her love for fashion and styling experience gained in the pageantry and modeling world.
Kaitlyn served the Mississippi Attorney General’s office as a law clerk for the Civil Litigation department from 2016-2017.
From 2012-2014 Kaitlyn served as the public relations and brand ambassador for the NASCAR track, Darlington International Raceway.
Kaitlyn has completed over 350 pro bono hours in the State of South Carolina and Mississippi.
Kaitlyn has worked diligently to raise thousands of dollars for the Children’s Miracle Network on behalf of the Miss America Organization.
Kaitlyn has also worked tirelessly in the effort raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and it’s initiative to find a cure for breast cancer.
