Mike Frascogna, III

Mike Frascogna, III has been involved in a wide variety of entrepreneurial ventures since his years in college. He has spent the greater part of his professional career perfecting the execution of every service offered by Frascogna IP (a specialty division within the firm), and now manages a deep roster of skilled lawyers, strategists and artists geared to help grow his clients’ businesses through the use of intellectual property.

Mike and his wife Sharon live in Madison, MS with children Michael, Parker, Rocco, and Petra (coming Fall 2017!).


Mike comes from a family full of lawyers and acquired his first childhood dog only after negotiating a contractural agreement with his father. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Mississippi.


Mike has served as executive producer on several full-length documentary films. He is trained in technical skills ranging from script writing, shooting, editing, and motion graphic development.


Mike has co-authored three books with his father and brother on topics of football in the state of Mississippi, and is the author of the book on longtime friend and fitness guru, Paul Lacoste.


Mike is a recognized athletic speed enhancement expert. He has consulted internationally with Nike, served as president of a specialty equipment company, and produced over 30 instructional DVD’s on the topic.


Mike co-founded Stadium Wrap in 2006, orchestrated the franchising of the business nationwide, and developed an app to manage the company’s thousands of customer and vendor interactions.


Mike played football for Lou Holtz and the Fighting Irish from 1992-1995. Those teams played in 4 New Year’s Day bowl games and produced 42 NFL draft picks.
