Alexis Armstrong specializes in entertainment law, business development, criminal law, and juvenile advocacy. Having clerked at the Mississippi Court of Appeals under Judge Latrice Westbrooks, Alexis is also well versed in appellate matters. She is truly a chameleon in the legal realm that is a force to be reckoned with!
“Lex the Lawyer” as dubbed by clients, provides years of expertise with an extensive resume. She has served Mississippians well through offices such as the United State’s Attorney’s Office, Office of the State Public Defender, Mississippi Attorney General’s Office, along with several youth courts.
Alexis also found a passion for teaching and facilitates an Entertainment Industries Copyrights & Contracts Course for Delta State University’s music institute program. During law school, Alexis served as a teaching assistant for Negotiations Seminar, Sports Law, and Entertainment Law at Mississippi College School of Law.
Alexis is a proud graduate of THEE Jackson State University in which she received her BA in Political Science. She is also an esteemed member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
With there never being too much on her plate, she enjoys sewing, board games, binge watching, and playing with her niece and nephews in her free time.
