Bailey Wade graduated with honors from both the University of Mississippi and Mississippi College School of Law. At Ole Miss, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Legal Studies, completing her undergraduate studies in just three years. During law school, Bailey completed an externship with the Honorable Judge David McCarty at the Mississippi Court of Appeals. Bailey also externed twice at the Office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel, where she gained a better understanding of the legal process for capital punishment through meetings with numerous individuals on death row at the Mississippi State Penitentiary at Parchman Farm.
Throughout her 2L and 3L years, Bailey clerked at Frascogna Law Group, where she worked primarily with one of the firm’s intellectual property clients, providing technical expertise to dozens of other law firms across the United States.
Upon graduating from Mississippi College School of law, Bailey accepted a full-time position with Frascogna Law Group and works with clients in the world of entertainment and sports.
