Martin Frascogna

Martin F. Frascogna specializes in the intersection between entertainment and international law. Early in his practice, Frascogna was considered the sole legal source on international music issues, once housing a Client roster spanning 34 countries on 6 continents. Currently he represents major label artist, record labels, publishers and high-profile individuals in the entertainment business. He takes great pride in having relationships with his Clients that go well beyond legal counsel.

Martin (Marty) also serves as a lecturer on the topic of entertainment law for Berklee College of Music’s graduate program in Valencia Spain. As a regular speaker, Frascogna was also honored by Billboard Magazine, ranking Frascogna’s lectures for three straight years at MIDEM (the world’s oldest and largest music conference in Cannes, France), as the top event to watch during the conference.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Frascogna was Associated Producer for an event for The Recording Academy tilted “The Birthplace of America’s Music” which was ranked by Vanity Fair as the “hippest event on the planet.” Frascogna also co-founded a record label in Stockholm Sweden in order to focus on international expansion and music marketing.

Frascogna holds two Masters degrees, (1) International Communications from Mississippi College, and (2) International Marketing from DePaul University. DePaul, dubbed the most diverse school in the U.S., once ranked Frascogna (before he got old) as one of their Top 14 Alumni under the age of 40.
