Morgan Winfield is a legal professional with a strong foundation in political science and law. She graduated with honors and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Mississippi State University, where she developed a keen interest in the intersection of law, policy, and society. Following undergraduate studies, she pursued a Juris Doctorate at Mississippi College School of Law, honing her legal acumen and gaining practical experience.
During law school, Morgan clerked at Frascogna Law Group, where she worked primarily with one of the firm’s intellectual property clients, providing technical expertise to dozens of other law firms across the United States. Additionally, she spent time at the office of Capital Post-Conviction Counsel, where she deepened her understanding of the criminal justice system, particularly in relation to death row inmates at Mississippi’s State Penitentiary at Parchman Farm and Central Mississippi Correctional Facilities. These experiences reinforced her commitment to justice and advocacy.
Upon graduating from Mississippi College School of law, Morgan accepted a full-time position with Frascogna Law Group and works with clients in the world of entertainment and sports. Beyond her academic and professional pursuits, Morgan has a longstanding passion for music, sports, and literary works.
